A SURGE of troops from Uncle Sam and then a withdrawal from his running mate in the Iraq expedition, namely Great Britain. And, America praising the British move. What is happening?All these seem like a joke at the expense of the Iraqi people. Does anyone have a plan to help America come out of the Iraqi quagmire? It is all politics and the people are doomed to suffer.What happens in Iraq will continue and it will have its own repercussions irrespective of the surge and withdrawal. Iraq will get back to its feet one day but in the process thousands and thousands of lives will be lost.
